This report has now been revised to correct the error in the original published report detailed below.

All figures in the previously published report, showing European Age Standardised Rates (EASRs) were labelled as rates per 1,000 population per year. This affected the figure titles, x-axis titles and the labels for all the data points which appear in online copies when the user hovers the cursor over the datapoint. This labelling was an error, the rates are in fact per 10,000 population per year. Only the labelling was inaccurate, the charts themselves were correct.
