Immunisations: key data sources

Scottish Immunisation Recall System- information on primary immunisation is recorded in the Scottish Immunisation Recall System (SIRS), which has covered all the fourteen NHS boards in Scotland since 2002.

Public Health Scotland - data on the uptake of vaccines for children and young people, shingles and pneumococcal disease, flu and COVID vaccination. It is also the national surveillance centre for national surveillance of communicable diseases in Scotland.
