Local area burden of disease: reports

Burden of disease summaries for each local authority in Scotland have been produced by the SBoD team. These can be accessed from table below by clicking on link provided.

These briefings summarise how causes of disease and injury are impacting on local authority residents from living longer lives, in better health. It is intended to provide an overview of available. Further insights and granular estimates, including a five-year time series (2014 to 2019), can be found in our local area visualisation.
