ARCHIVE - SBoD data 2015
The Scottish Burden of Disease (SBoD) 2015 data section provides information, and supporting files, on various aspects of the study. These include a package of Excel files containing detailed results for SBoD 2015:
Leading causes of disease burden (66Kb) - an excel file detailing the SBoD metrics for the 25 leading causes of disease burden, ranked by total DALYs, in Scotland in 2015, and includes:
- Number of DALYs
- Number of YLD
- Number of YLL
- Number of prevalent cases
- Number of deaths
All conditions (158Kb) – an excel file detailing the SBoD metrics for all 132 diseases and injuries in the SBoD disease classification, and includes:
- Number of DALYs
- Number of YLD
- Number of YLL
- Number of deaths
- Rank of DALYs
High level disease groups (73Kb) – an excel file detailing SBoD metrics for each of the 21 disease groups in SBoD (as defined in the Global Burden of Disease study) , and includes:
- Number of DALYs
- Number of YLD
- Number of YLL
- Number of deaths
- Rank of DALYs
- Rank of YLD
- Rank of YLL
(Note that some disease groups are made up of a large number of separate diseases or injuries, while others include only a few specific conditions. Ranking by disease group and ranking by individual conditions may present different stories.)
